This Independence Day, Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills presents Four Hands Dining Experience: Flavors Without Borders, an exclusive culinary collaboration between Executive Chef Rosi Hendriyanto and celebrated Chef Devan Tanuwidjaja. Taking place from 15–17 August 2026 at Damar Restaurant The limited-time dining experience pays tribute to Indonesia’s rich culinary heritage through refined techniques, contemporary presentation, and heartfelt storytelling.

Created for discerning diners, families, couples, and culinary enthusiasts, the collaboration reimagines beloved regional flavours while celebrating the traditions and memories behind every dish.

The menu showcases signature creations inspired by the chefs’ personal journeys, including Sate Bandeng, Soto Betawi Tortellini, Crispy Duck Confit with Madura Black Spice, and Kue Rangi. Guests can also indulge in an immersive buffet featuring Salmon Gohu Millefeuille, Grilled Ox Tongue with Brenebon Jus, Mangut-Baked Barramundi, and a live dessert station serving the nostalgic Bubur Kampiun.

Set within Damar Restaurant’s vibrant open-kitchen concept, every meal becomes an interactive celebration of Indonesia’s diverse flavours, elevated with modern culinary artistry.
