Booked a flexible rate directly to us?
Guest that booked fully refundable rates may cancel or modify reservation without penalty on all.accor.com (provided that the exact rate policy of the original booking will apply to the revised bookings).
Booked a non – flexible rate with us and need to cancel?
Guest who plans to stay prior to and inclusive 31 December 2020 may modify the reservation for a later date without any modification fee (subject to availablity and applicable rates and conditions). Kindly contact us directly to modify the dates of your stay.
Third Party Booking
Third parties are required to follow the cancellation policy set out above by Accor. If booking are made through a tavel agent, online booking platform or other third party, please contact the booking provider directly to attain explanation for options for modification and cancellation.
For all group bookings including meetings and events, our Sales Team will be working with clients to provide the maximum flexibility possible and assessing on a case by case basis the need to cancel or postpone events.
