Floor-to-ceiling windows invite daylight inside, balconies open to mountain views, and advanced technology, including a 40 sqm multi-screen video wall, ensures presentations are seamless and impactful.

Meeting Packages: Designed to Elevate Focus

Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills introduces a range of meeting packages designed for clarity, efficiency, and modern business needs, where functionality meets inspiration.

All-Day / Full Board Package – IDR 1,500,000 per person per day
Twelve-hour meeting room usage, two themed coffee breaks, lunch and dinner buffets, internet access, screen and projector, standard meeting amenities, and a sound system with two wireless microphones.

Full-Day Package – IDR 1,200,000 per person per day
Eight-hour meeting room usage, two themed coffee breaks, one lunch or dinner buffet, complete with essential technology and amenities.

Half-Day Package – IDR 900,000 per person per day
Four-hour meeting room usage, one themed coffee break, one lunch or dinner buffet, and full meeting support.

Coffee Break Package – IDR 700,000 per person per day
A practical option for short meetings, including standard amenities and sound system.

A selection of additional options is available, including private dining experiences, BBQ menus, extra coffee breaks, and accommodation support. All prices apply to a minimum of ten persons per day and include an Ice Breaker Programme (upon request) as well as 21% service charge and tax.
