At Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills, purpose is more than a principle—it’s a way of life. This year, in line with Accor’s global movement, we proudly celebrated Accor Purpose Week 2025 with a series of inspiring, meaningful, and creative activities designed to unite, empower, and express what makes our hospitality truly limitless.

From May 5 to 9, our heartists came together in an unforgettable week filled with innovation, teamwork, and kindness. Each day offered a unique opportunity to celebrate our values in action, reinforcing our mission to go beyond service, to serve with heart.

5 May – Pioneering Day: Dreaming Big, Imagining the Hotel of the Future

We kicked off the week with boundless imagination through a drawing competition, “Dream Hotel of the Future.” Each department fielded a team of three heartists who brought their futuristic hotel concepts to life on paper. From eco-friendly designs and AI-powered guest experiences to nature-integrated architecture, the entries reflected our team’s vision of where hospitality is heading—and how innovation can enhance human connection. It was a day to dream, imagine, and inspire one another to think beyond limits.

6 May – Artful Day: Crafting Mocktails with a Creative Soul

Artful Day welcomed a splash of flavor and flair as one heartist from each department—with no bartending background—joined the Signature Mocktail Creation competition. This inclusive challenge showcased untapped talents, revealing bold new flavor profiles, aesthetic presentation, and unique naming stories. The top three mocktails will now be featured across our F&B outlets, becoming a lasting reminder that creativity knows no boundaries, and everyone has something beautiful to contribute. Cheers to courage, creativity, and collaboration!

7 May – Responsible Day: From Waste to Wonder

Sustainability took center stage on Responsible Day through our Trash to Treasure workshop, where heartists transformed recycled linens into beautiful, functional bags. This activity was more than crafting—it was a conscious act of environmental responsibility. By giving new life to old materials, we embraced the value of resourcefulness and circular living. Each finished piece stood as a symbol of what we can achieve when we care for the planet as much as we care for our guests.

8 May – Connecting Culture Day: Walking in Each Other’s Shoes

True connection comes from understanding—and what better way to build that understanding than by stepping into someone else’s role? On Job Hop Day, selected heartists experienced a day working in another department, chosen at random. From front office to housekeeping, from engineering to spa, this immersive experience fostered empathy, appreciation, and camaraderie. It reminded us that no matter the role, we are all one team moving toward the same goal: delivering heartfelt hospitality.

9 May – Heartfelt Day: The Power of a Simple Thank You

We ended the week with an emotional tribute to gratitude through Heartfelt Day. Talent & Culture shared blank thank-you cards to every department, inviting heartists to write personal notes to colleagues who’ve made a difference in their day-to-day work. The response was overwhelming. Simple, handwritten messages filled with appreciation, encouragement, and friendship brought smiles, happy tears, and renewed motivation. It was a heartwarming reminder that recognition and kindness are at the core of who we are.

Accor Purpose Week 2025 was more than a calendar of events—it was a reflection of our DNA as hoteliers, dreamers, creators, and changemakers.
